Some tips & tricks
- If your measurements are between sizes, we recommend the smaller size of the two
- If in doubt, get the size you would normally wear for a comfortable fit, or size down from your normal size for a compressive fit
- The sports bra was designed especially for people with larger breasts, but with the ultra-adjustable straps which can be resized up to 20cm, they allow for multiple cup sizes in one size.
- Waist is the most important measurement for the sports bra, followed by bust and underbust - the straps can be adjusted to account for differences in overbust size

Some FAQs
Why is the sports bra so expensive?
This is a fair question! It's a pretty complex answer which our founder Holly explained in more detail in this Instagram Reel.
But over all there are three main reasons:
- Construction - this is an intricately designed, amazingly made garment backed by science!
- Quality - ethically manufacturing and sustainable practices cost extra! We just aren't willing to compromise on our values here.
- Minimum Quantity Orders (MOQs) - small brands like us can only order in the 10s while big brands get discounts with manufacturers because they order in the 1000s and 10,000s! We’re actually losing money on the sports bra but we’re so passionate about filling the gap that exists for plus-size folk 🫶🏻
