Dispatch Time
Standard Dispatch Time: It may take up to 2-3 business days to dispatch from Amplefolk HQ in Eora (Sydney). During busy periods, such as Christmas and sales periods, dispatch time could be longer.
Please note all orders are final and we cannot guarantee any changes to your order before it is dispatched, including cancellations. Cancellations will incur a merchant fee.

Delivery Times
We're on it! We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days, and then it's on its way to you. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. As a rough guide, here's what you can expect within Australia:
- Standard shipping: 2-8 business days
- Express shipping: 1-4 business days
Just remember, during busy times like holidays or sales, delivery times may be a bit longer, but we promise it's worth the wait!
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates in Australia vary depending on the method you choose at checkout:
- Standard shipping: $10
- Express shipping: $15
And guess what? If your order totals more than $150, you'll get free standard shipping! Cha-ching! If you want to make your free shipping order express, we just charge a $5 flat rate.

Delivery Times
The delivery time for standard international post is currently estimated at 6-27 business days, as advised by Australia Post. So get ready to receive some global goodies!
Tracking Your Order
Stay in the know with your order's journey! Once it's on its way, we'll send you an email with your tracking info, so you can keep tabs on it. If you run into any issues, just hit up our awesome customer service team for help.
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. We recommend using the AusPost App to track and manage your delivery. In the app, you can:
- Set delivery preferences
- Track your package movements
- View your proof of delivery
- Authorise someone else to collect your package on your behalf at the Post Office
- Receive trusted notifications
Note: By choosing 'Authority to Leave' you take responsibility should the order go missing after it has been marked as delivered. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
